elegant baking


I'm a bit over the craze for lavishly decorated cupcakes. Lately I've been favouring simple baking with an emphasis on flavour. After reading a Donna Hay recipe for friands in the Sunday paper, I bought a set of six moulds and have been trying out various kinds, like honey and orange and raspberry and pistachio. They really are delicious.
