I've just finished my gift edition of ten Oracle Boxes (read my last post for details) and I am delighted to offer one as a gift to a Mosehouse Studio visitor. Just leave a comment on this post between now and Monday 26 September. Make sure you include your name so that I can notify the lucky winner. I also like your blog - I visit it for its beauty. I am not a very good *making* kind of person - unless it has something to do with words. The hand rail at the Devonport Wharf is remarkable - it's knitted - Dan Carter is AWOL - but the giant Squid is fixed tight. Who woulda thought Rugby & Knitting went together! I have the handmade bk you made - Michele Leggott's poem - bought it at Parsons (?) NB to self :: ask ML to sign it. I'm kicking myself that i didn't go to the Objectspace show.
Sometimes the things you make remind me of Shaun Tan. And I am a big Shaun Tan Fan. I had better stop ranting.

We're all looking forward to learning our answers from the Oracle, and I would love to go in the draw to win an Oracle Box. Gorgeous things and ideas!!
It reminds me of the little matchbox of spelling words I was given to take home and learn when I was five. The words were written on little pieces of shiny cardboard in the teacher's lovely round printing and they were like treasure to me. Caroline
